What does Athena Football Group do?

We guide female footballers through the Youth → College → NIL pathway with clarity, strategy, and honest guidance. Our role is to help players make smart development, club, exposure, and recruiting decisions—so every step is intentional, not chaotic.

Who is Athena for?

Ambitious, motivated players ages 9–22 who want a structured plan for development, college recruiting, or NIL. Families who want clarity and a trusted advisor benefit most.

Do you work with players outside Texas?

Yes. We work with players nationwide through virtual evaluations, video analysis, and online strategy sessions.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

What’s included in the Youth Evaluation?

A full technical, tactical, physical, and mindset analysis, plus a detailed 6–12 month development plan. We review strengths, gaps, positional identity, and growth opportunities.

Do you help us decide between clubs or leagues (ECNL, GA, ECRL, NPL, boys)?

Yes. We give honest, unbiased guidance based solely on your daughter’s long-term goals and environment fit—not politics or hype.

Do you watch game film?

Yes. You can upload VEO, Hudl, or recorded footage for evaluation and feedback.

COLLEGE RECRUITING

When should we start the recruiting process?

Freshman or sophomore year is ideal, but motivated players can start earlier—and it’s never too late to build a strong strategy.

Do you help with highlight videos and player communication?

Yes. We guide reel structure, clip selection, and messaging. We provide templates and coach players through communication strategy and best practices.

Do you help with showcase and ID camp planning?

Absolutely. We build a targeted exposure plan so families only attend events that matter for their specific school list.

NIL SUPPORT

What does your NIL support include?

Brand identity, social media optimization, content strategy, local/regional sponsorship guidance, and NCAA-compliant decision-making.

Do you take a percentage of NIL deals?

Only for NIL Management programs that include negotiation support. The basic NIL plan is flat-fee only.
