We don’t force players into one template We build each athlete’s plan around her:
- position, profile, and physical traits
- technical strengths and gaps
- target league level (D1, D2, D3, NWSL, Europe, etc.)
We’ll happily tell you not to attend a showcase or chase a camp that looks shiny but doesn’t move the needle. Every recommendation must directly support the player’s long-term goals.

Meet Jeff Geloneck
Jeff Geloneck brings a rare combination of professional expertise and personal experience to the female football pathway.
A former collegiate soccer player and U.S. Soccer licensed coach, Jeff spent 18+ years mastering strategic advisory, negotiation, and talent development before launching Athena Football Group.
But what truly sets him apart is perspective: as the father of a highly competitive female youth player, he's lived the confusion, misinformation, and fragmented guidance that families face every day.
That firsthand experience drove him to build an agency on the belief that girls deserve a smarter, safer, and more strategic pathway to reach their football dreams. Jeff isn't just an advisor—he's a strategist, coach, and advocate who understands the technical, tactical, developmental, and emotional sides of the journey from youth soccer through college recruiting and NIL opportunities.
